Martyna Kosecka (Poland, 1989)
She obtained an MA degree in the composition class of professor Krzysztof Meyer, BA degree in orchestral conducting in class of maestro Rafał Jacek Delekta in Music Academy in Kraków and MA in orchestral conducting in class of maestro Szymon Bywalec in Music Academy in Katowice. Ted Moore (USA, 1987)
Ted Moore is a composer, improviser, intermedia artist, and educator based in Chicago. His work focuses on fusing the sonic, visual, physical, and acoustic aspects of performance and sound, often through the integration of technology. Ted’s work has been described as “frankly unsafe” (icareifyoulisten.com), “an impressive achievement both artistically and technically” (VitaMN), and “epic” (Pioneer Press). Ted’s work has been performed by the International Contemporary Ensemble,
a position of artistic co-director at Tehran Contemporary Music Festival.
Martyna Kosecka is a winner of 5-Minute Opera Competition, organized by 28. Music Biennale Zagreb in Croatia in 2015 and winner of Swiss EKLEKTO Ensemble call for proposals at the same year. She also is a second prize holder at IV National Krzysztof Penderecki Composition Competition held in Poland in 2017 and laureate of VIII Zygmunt Mycielski Composition Competition held in Warsaw the same year. Since 2012, she is a member of Youth Circle next to Polish Composers’ Union. From 2018 her compositions are published by Donemus Holland.
Her compositions were played on Festival of Contemporary Music Warsaw Autumn, AudioArt Festival (Kraków), OstravaDays Festival of New and Experimental Music (Czech Republic), IMPULS Festival (Austria), Music Biennale Zagreb (Croatia), Armel Opera Festival (Austria/Hungary) and others. Her music was played numerously in Poland and other countries of the world.
In 2013, together with Iranian composer Idin Samimi Mofakham, she co-founded Spectro Centre for New Music, specializing in giving workshops in area of modern music and organizing concerts. Their intensive tries and vivid activity helped to run the annual festival of contemporary music – International Contemporary Music Festival in Tehran, which is the largest festival with focus on contemporary music in the Middle-East area.
Robin Meeker-Cummings (USA, 1996)
Robin Meeker-Cummings is a composer, sound artist, and improviser who is studying Composition at New England Conservatory. They spent years active in the Philadelphia experimental and new music scenes organizing concerts and performing improvised electronics. At school, they have been writing electronic, electroacoustic, and acoustic classical music many of these works have been performed at New England Conservatory. In the summer of 2018, they attended at 9-day long Program in the coun-
try side near Barcelona focused on sound art with found sounds. Robin has recently been performing improvised electroacoustic music. using found objects, bells, and parts of wind instruments they create thick textures and pointillistic gestures with the use of live processing. Robins development in electroacoustic composition has been encouraged by attending the Splice festival. they took classes about composing for electroacoustic instrumentation and had one of their pieces premiered at this festival. Robin has been working with multichannel spatialization and had a piece for 4.1 speaker orientation premiered at the ICMC in NYC in the summer of 2019.
Spektral Quartet, Line Upon Line, The Dream Songs Project, Yarn/Wire, Splinter Reeds, Quince Vocal Ensemble, AVIDduo, Imani Winds, and others, and has been performed around the world including at South by Southwest (Austin), The Walker Art Center (Minneapolis), STEIM (Amsterdam), New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival, Whatever Works! (Finland), Internationales Musikinstitut Darmstadt (Germany), MASS MoCA (Massachusetts), and World Saxophone Congress (Croatia), among others.
Ted also frequently performs on electronics using his laptop, modular synthesizer systems, resonant physical objects, lighting instruments, and video projection. He has been featured as an installation artist at New York University, Northern Spark Festival (Minneapolis), Studio 300 Festival of Digital Art and Music (Lexington, KY), and St. Paul Public Library. As an improviser, Ted is one half of Binary Canary, a woodwinds-laptop improvisation duo alongside saxophonist Kyle Hutchins.
Dativo Tobarra (Spain, 1993)
Dativo Tobarra Ruiz was born in 1993 in Albacete (Spain), realized his MBach studies of saxophone and composition in the ‘Conservatorio Superior de Música de Castilla-La Mancha’ (CSMCLM) with excellent marks. Currently he is envolved at the Master of Arts in Composition at the Hochschule für Musik in Basel (Switzerland) studying with Erik Oña and Michel Roth. Officially he has coursed and finished with distinction a Bachelor in saxophone at CSMCLM (Spain) as well as in Composition
(electronics specialisation) at CSMCLM 2013-18. He attended lessons in electroacoustic composition at Conservatory of Music ‘Arrigo Boito’ in Parma (Italy).
As a composer and sound artist, he is particularly involved with the use of new technologies, including electronics and their different applications in all his works as well as participating energetically in different sound installations. His music has been performed in France, Portugal, Croatia, Switzerland, Italy and Spain.
He has received classes or Masterclasses from renowned composers such as José Manuel López, Javier Torres Maldonado, Martín Matalón, Clara Ianotta, Vito Žuraj...
Collaborates as a lecturer in the Master of 'Ephemeral Installations’ at the Complutense University of Madrid, and teaches Electroacoustic Composition at CSMCLM (Spain).

Dariya Maminova (Russia, 1988)
Dariya Maminova (*1988, Saint-Petersburg, Russia) is a pianist and composer based in Cologne, works in the fields instrumental music, musical theatre, improvisation, music and video, music and dance, electroacoustic music.
Studied piano at the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg Conservatory, studied composition in the Hochschule für Musik Detmold with Prof. Fabien Lévy and in the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln with prof. Johannes Schöllhorn and Brigitta Mu-
tendorf. Miles Friday (USA)
Born in Seattle, WA., Miles Jefferson Friday is currently pursuing a DMA in music composition at Cornell University where he studies primarily with MArianthi Papalexandri-Alexandri. Miles holds a MA in composition from the Eastman School of Music where he studied with Oliver Schneller and also holds a BM from the Indiana University, Jacobs School of Music. Miles has won numerous awards and honors including the ASCAP Morton Gould Young Composer Award, the Wayne Brew-
ster Barlow Prize, the Kuttner String Quartet Composition Competition, and the Robert Avalon Young Composer Competition. Miles has also spent additional time studying at festivalssuch as IRCAM’s Manifeste Academie, the Grafenegg (Ink Still Wet) Festival, and June in Buffalo. In 2019 Miles was a guest artist at the Thailand New Music and Arts Symposium and in 2017 had a sound installation premiered at the SinusTon Festival. Miles has worked with and had his music played by prominentensembles such as Ensemble Intercontemporain, International Contemporary Ensemble (ICE), Dal Niente, TAK ensemble, the Fifth House Ensemble, and many others.Miles’ musical interests currently involve integrations of computer programing, technology, deconstruction, improvisation, and performativity with timbral morphology and notational exactitude.
Maija Hynninen (Finland, 1977)
Maija Hynninen (b. 1977) – composer and sound artist – is working in the areas of concert music, electronic instrument design and multidisciplinary performances. The essence of her music builds on the unique moments where the parameters of this world are slightly altered to allow a glimpse of another reality to be present. It can be a moment where the timbre of purely acoustical writing gives surprising results or when electronics project sound into another domain, another space and reality.
She entered the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki in 2003 (M.Mus. 2011) to study composition with Paavo Heininen. The studies in electronics continued at IRCAM Cursus 2012–13. She is currently PhD candidate at UC Berkeley and CNMAT, with Franck Bedrossian, Edmund Campion, Carmine Cella, and Cindy Cox as her professors.
Hynninen was awarded the Eisner Prize for Highest Achievement in the Creative Arts, and the Nicola de Lorenzo Prize in Music Composition by the University of California, Berkeley. She is recipient of numerous grants for artistic work from amongst others the Finnish Cultural Foundation as well as the Arts Promotion Centre Finland.
Alfred Jimenez (Ukraine, 1988)
Alfred was born in Kiev, with a Ukrainian mother and a Cuban father. The family moved to Sweden when he was 4 years old. He started his musical career by playing the trombone and after two years of bachelor studies with trombone as his main subject he decided to study composition with Prof. Jan Sandström at Piteå Academy of Music. After his bachelor exam in composition he continued with master studies in Malmö Academy of Music with Prof. Luca Francesco
ni. He got his masters exam in spring 2015 after graduating with his second chamber opera ”Clownen Jac”. He then got accepted to the soloist diploma class and have just finished his last years of studies at Universität fur Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Vienna with Prof. Detlev Müller-Siemens. After his studies he have been active as a freelance composer in Europe and his music has been preformed in both in Europe, Asia and America.
Alfred is now working on the large scale piece ”No Drama” for two singers and musicians from Schallfeld Ensemble from Graz, Austria. The piece is going to be premiered at the Stockholm Sounds festival in Stockholm 21 November 2019 and then performed in Vienna, Austria 23 November 2019.
Alfred has collaborated with various ensembles and orchestras. Dilay Doganay (Turkey, 1999)
She was born in 1999 in Izmir. She started her music education in 2011 at the DEU State Conservatory as a violin student of Arif MANAFLI. During her violin education, she attended some masterclasses and had orchestra and chamber music concerts. She started her composition education at Yaşar University in 2017 with Prof.Dr. Mehmet Can ÖZER. Eda Er (Turkey, 1989)
In a broad sense Eda Er considers herself as a creator of stories and personal experiences. She pursues her career as a music composer, sound artist and performer. She did her first bachelor degree in chemistry engineering and after finishing her studies in engineering ,she decided to choose another path and pursued her education with a second bachelor's degree in music composition and sound technologies. She studied composition with Tolga Tuzun, Instrumentation and orchestra
tion with Turgut Pogun and Tolga Zafer Ozdemir, Sound Design and Studio Practises with Mine Erkaya and Michael Nielsen in her bachelor education at Istanbul Bilgi University. In her master education she studied composition with Reuben De Lautour, Jeremy Woodruff at Istanbul Technical University. She had lessons with Wim Henderickx, Diederik Glorieux, Jorrit Tamminga, Joel Bons,Stefano Gervasoni and Laurie San Martin.Her compositions had performed in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Spain, USA and Turkey. She has had the pleasure to work as composer with notable groups,musicians,organisations and ensembles including Antwerp Symphony Orchestra, Kugoni Trio, Hermes Ensemble, Hezarfen Ensemble, Atlas Ensemble, IKSV International Theater Festival, Gaudeamus Festival, Ikincikat,Clout Theater, A corner in the world, Berika Collective and so on. She is the founder and artistic director of the klank.ist and besides her compositions and sound installations, she performs actively with Klank.ist Ensemble and as solo with electronics and voice.He currently works on his new piece for 15 instruments and electronics which is commissioned by Landesmusikrat Berlin e.V. and will be premiered on April 13th 2019 in Konzerthaus Berlin.

Jeeyoung Yoo (South Korea, 1984)
Jeeyoung Yoo studied composition with Tai-Bong Chung at the College of Music at Seoul National University. She attended several courses, such as Impuls Festival, Festival Mixtur, Darmstädte Ferienkurse, IDEA, Akademie für zeitgenössische Musik Luzern, Delian Academy and received master classes from Mark Andre, Franck Bedrossian, Pierluigi Billone, Unsuk Chin, Francesco Filidei, Dmitri Kourliandski, Tristan Murail, Alberto Posadas and among others. Her works were performed in Korea,
Japan, Germany and Austria. Her music theater “Der Geruch der Angst” was played in Berlin (2017).
In 2018, she received Projekt Forderung von Francis Burt Stiftung and in 2019, "STARTStipendium" für Musik und darstellende Kunst (Bundeskanzleramt Österreich).
She studies music composition and composition music theater with Beat Furrer at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz.
